NetworkReeds Online Service - Terms & Conditions
1. Information gathered on registration
When you register for the NetworkReeds Online Service, you provide your name, your previous name (if applicable) and some optional notes about yourself. Your profile will be populated based on the School’s record of your data. Your profile is available to you, and capable of being changed, through the 'Editing my contact details' page. You have the option to select 'Confidential' or 'visible to members' at each stage of entering your personal details, and such an option is capable of being changed by you at any time. Data will be used by the School for a full range of alumni activities, including the sending of School publications, promotion of benefits and services available to alumni (including those being made available by external organisations), notification of alumni activities and fund raising programmes (which might include an element of direct marketing). It is intended that old members' contact details will be made available to other current and old members of Reed’s School, recognised alumni societies in the UK and overseas, to sports and other clubs associated with the Reed’s School, and to agents contracted by the Reed’s School for particular alumni-related activities. If an individual has an objection to aspects of the processing of their data for alumni or fund raising purposes, then written notice should be given to the Development Director.
